Nothing proceeds without your say-so

Work is only carried out after the owner agrees to the scope. If something unexpected comes up during inspection, we report back first.

Timeframes are discussed at intake. You won't be chasing updates — we communicate when scope or timing changes.

Situated on Wireless Road in central Bangkok, easy to reach from the BTS and close to the business district.

Suitable for older pieces

Vintage and long-neglected movements are welcome. The workshop is set up to handle pieces that have not been opened in many years.

Things people often ask.

How do I know which service my watch needs?
If you are not sure, bring or send the watch in for an initial look. We will assess it and tell you plainly what is needed, without any pressure to proceed further.
How long does a mechanical overhaul take?
A full overhaul typically takes four to eight weeks depending on movement complexity and parts availability. We will confirm an estimate when the watch is assessed.
Can I see a cost estimate before committing?
Yes. Pricing for all three services is fixed and clearly stated. For the overhaul, if additional parts are needed we discuss this with you before ordering anything.
Do you work on all brands of mechanical watches?
We work on most Swiss and Japanese mechanical movements. Contact us first if you have a very rare or complicated piece, so we can confirm suitability.
What is included in the service documentation?
Each completed job includes a written service note covering work performed, any observations, and — for overhauls — a timing report showing rate measurements across positions.
How should I package my watch for drop-off?
Bring it in as it is — in its box if you have one, or wrapped in a soft cloth. In-person drop-off is available during workshop hours, Monday to Saturday.
